No.

  2. I love Puhols, too, Brian.

However, I don't want to give him long-term millions upon millions with possibly a breakdown in health about half-way through.

Negative? No, positive (smiling)that paying so much to one team player when that player is subject to injury on any one play isn't a good idea!

I don't think they should re-sign Albert Puhols, but they should re-sign Albert Pujols! At first, I thought it was a trick question, until I read the comments! Oddly enough, the word verification for my comment is "unsinde"... no kidding!

  4. James,

Now that's almost prophetically too weird, huh?

You're right....typically giving one player soooo much money doesn't work out for either side. Just can't live up to it. However, I don't think any other team will give him substantially so much more than the Cards offer, so he'll probably stay there.

  7. ummm! I see your point.

Curious as to how this paid difference would work in a church setting: Preaching ministers Vs. Youth Ministers Vs. Worship Ministers Vs. ....

    Thoughts?
